Welcome to OpReady ("App", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the OpReady mobile application and services, which support patients in preparing for and recovering from medical procedures.

By using the App, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian to use OpReady. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

OpReady is committed to protecting your health information and ensuring compliance with the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA). We:
- Collect and store only the minimum necessary personal and health information;
- Use industry-standard encryption and secure servers to store and transmit data;
- Do not share your health information without your explicit consent, except as required by law or to provide services;
- Require all third-party partners to comply with HIPAA standards through Business Associate Agreements (BAAs).

You may use the App to:
- Track pre- and post-operative tasks;
- Receive reminders for medications and appointments;
- Store and manage procedural instructions from your healthcare provider.

You agree not to:

- Attempt to access data that does not belong to you;
- Share your account or login credentials with others.

OpReady does not provide medical advice. All content, features, and communications are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always follow the guidance of your healthcare provider.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate your access to OpReady at any time if you violate these Terms or if your account is inactive for an extended period. You may also delete your account at any time.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OpReady and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
